Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Processing client orders after verifying their payment status
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and providing timely updates to clients
  • Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback surveys
  • Promoting Drymix products to new and existing clients via phone
  • Maintaining and updating client databases
  • Preparing and managing Blanket Orders, including internal approvals and communication
  • Supporting the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives
  • Assisting with back-office tasks
Candidate Profile
  • Holder of HSC
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre or customer care environment
  • Proficient in IT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at handling challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
