Customer Service Agent

Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing client orders after verifying their payment status
- Coordinating delivery schedules and providing timely updates to clients
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback surveys
- Promoting Drymix products to new and existing clients via phone
- Maintaining and updating client databases
- Preparing and managing Blanket Orders, including internal approvals and communication
- Supporting the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives
- Assisting with back-office tasks
Candidate Profile
- Holder of HSC
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre or customer care environment
- Proficient in IT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled at handling challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
