Delivery Planner and Invoicing Officer

Drymix Ltd is looking to recruit a motivated Delivery Planner and Invoicing Officer who will report to the Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing using Navision and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate delivery planning and scheduling to optimise logistics
- Handle credit note preparation and tracking for invoice corrections and product returns
- Monitor wooden pallet returns and maintain accurate tracking records
- Generate detailed sales order and delivery reports as required
- Scan, file, and maintain delivery documents, ensuring accurate records
- Participate in supply chain meetings and ensure follow-up on invoicing issues
- Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards in the workplace
Candidate Profile
- Higher School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain & CILT Level 3
- Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Teams
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
