Drymix Ltd is looking to recruit a motivated Delivery Planner and Invoicing Officer who will report to the Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing using Navision and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate delivery planning and scheduling to optimise logistics
  • Handle credit note preparation and tracking for invoice corrections and product returns
  • Monitor wooden pallet returns and maintain accurate tracking records
  • Generate detailed sales order and delivery reports as required
  • Scan, file, and maintain delivery documents, ensuring accurate records
  • Participate in supply chain meetings and ensure follow-up on invoicing issues
  • Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards in the workplace
Candidate Profile
  • Higher School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain & CILT Level 3
  • Proficiency in Navision and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
