Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group is seeking a well-organised and proactive Sales Administrative Coordinator to support its Sales Department. The selected candidate will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, and follow up on orders.
  • Handle tendering processes, CRM updates, and customer account creation.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records and prepare sales reports and dashboards.
  • Manage Blanket Orders and ensure proper approval processes.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Sales team and other departments (e.g., HR).
  • Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards in the workplace.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) with a Diploma in Management or related field.
  • Degree in Management or related field is an advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Sales, or Customer Care.
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and techniques, MS Excel (Pivot Tables), and reporting.
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
