Sales Administrative Coordinator

Drymix Ltd, a member of UBP Group is seeking a well-organised and proactive Sales Administrative Coordinator to support its Sales Department. The selected candidate will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, and follow up on orders.
- Handle tendering processes, CRM updates, and customer account creation.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records and prepare sales reports and dashboards.
- Manage Blanket Orders and ensure proper approval processes.
- Act as a key liaison between the Sales team and other departments (e.g., HR).
- Uphold health, safety, and ethical standards in the workplace.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) with a Diploma in Management or related field.
- Degree in Management or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Sales, or Customer Care.
- Strong knowledge of sales tools and techniques, MS Excel (Pivot Tables), and reporting.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
