Drymix Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, shape strategy, and deliver results in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives for local and export market.
  • Set annual sales quotas, forecasts, and action plans for regions and product lines.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and develop actionable market intelligence.
  • Advise on pricing policies and support the development of marketing mix and communication strategies.
  • Ensure strong customer relationship management, monitor client creditworthiness, and follow up on debtors.
  • Maintain and grow business relations with hardware stores, distributors, and key partners.
  • Oversee quality management standards and promote a strong health and safety culture within the department.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic advice to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment with Group vision and objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales management techniques and local trade legislation.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and deliver results.
  • Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office).
  • Holder of a valid driving licence is essential.
